Lately, the exciting thing around here is bike riding. A friend of ours randomly gave us some hand-me-down bikes for the kids. Erin and David were so excited that they practiced for 3 hours that same day and taught themselves how to ride their new bikes. Now they beg to ride their bikes everyday.
Also, Erin started preschool two weeks ago and is so excited about her new preschool friends and her teacher. On the days she has school she is lightning fast at getting ready in the morning. She even puts her crayons in her backpack and puts on her shoes early. I took some pics of her on her first day of school.

I remember the joys of bike riding when I was a kid, and when my daughters learned to ride theirs.
